Using the site
You may browse the site, read the documentation and share links to it. Please do not disrupt the site, try to access parts that are not public, or use automated tools in a way that puts load on it.
Content and accuracy
We describe our products and services as accurately as we can, but the content is for general information and may change without notice. Screenshots may show demo data. A feature, integration or price is binding only when it is part of a signed agreement or proposal.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, images, videos and the Tryino and Ino Loyalty names and logos belong to Tryino or its licensors. Other product names, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Shopify, ikas, SAP or Akinon, are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership unless we say so.
Developer documentation
The public API reference and webhook documentation are provided so customers and their partners can plan integrations. Access to the API itself requires credentials issued under an Ino Loyalty agreement.
Visitor program and free POC
- The visitor program (XP, levels, points, badges, the Points Rush game) is a free demonstration. It runs in your browser; points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything other than the reward shown.
- The code unlocks a free 30-day proof of concept (POC) of Ino Loyalty for companies that are not yet customers: one sandbox, one connected channel, a starter program and a closing report, as described on the Points Rush page. It does not include custom development or more than one channel. It is valid for 90 days from unlocking, once per company. The start date is agreed after the demo.
- To unlock the code you need the required level and points and to follow Tryino's LinkedIn page; we check this, and the other LinkedIn steps, using the LinkedIn profile you share when you request a demo.
- Share the code when you request a demo or proposal. A code that was obtained by tampering with the site or the game, or that does not match our format, is not valid.
- We may change or end the program at any time; codes already unlocked stay valid until their expiry date.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as app stores. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Tryino is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from the temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
